Are eco-friendly cleaning chemicals safe for humans?

We are rather anal about toxins in food and chemicals. In our opinion most cleaning chemicals advertised as eco-friendly are not totally human-friendly. There seems to be a disconnect between these two concepts. We have found one general purpose organic Fair Trade cleaner that is as safe for humans and the environment as it gets. Otherwise we do our best to use the safest solutions available. We hope more eco-human-friendly cleaners can be developed for more sepcialised purposes in the future.
What can we best do in our office to minimize our impact on the environment?

Hundreds of thousands of plastic rubbish bin liners go to the dump due to the coffee culture. A shared recycle bin dedicated to the takeaway cups will prevent the unsightly coffee spills in the desk bins.
Will we be bound to a long and onerous contract?

No. We prefer to orientate towards giving good service and having an ethical, professional and amicable relationship. Accordingly, if our service is not adequate or you don't like us, you can ask us to bow out and we will. We will trust you to give us reasonable notice.
Can we amend the cleaning schedule if our circumstances change?

We are aware that clients' needs and budgets change. We are very flexible and will happily negotiate a change to meet your requirements.

Billing & Pricing

On request, a work and pricing proposal will be given, which will obviously vary according to the work required. We mostly give a set price unless it is appropriate for an hourly rate to be given.

Pricing

Invoicing/ Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, for regular maintenance cleaning invoices will be sent at month-end and are payable in the following month. With shared spaces we can do separate invoicing. With one-off cleans invoicing will be done after the work is done, payable in the following month.
