Frequently asked questions

We are rather anal about toxins in food and chemicals. In our opinion most cleaning chemicals advertised as eco-friendly are not totally human-friendly. There seems to be a disconnect between these two concepts. We have found one general purpose organic Fair Trade cleaner that is as safe for humans and the environment as it gets. Otherwise we do our best to use the safest solutions available. We hope more eco-human-friendly cleaners can be developed for more sepcialised purposes in the future.

Billing & Pricing

Pricing

On request, a work and pricing proposal will be given, which will obviously vary according to the work required. We mostly give a set price unless it is appropriate for an hourly rate to be given.

Invoicing/ Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, for regular maintenance cleaning invoices will be sent at month-end and are payable in the following month. With shared spaces we can do separate invoicing. With one-off cleans invoicing will be done after the work is done, payable in the following month.
